Claude Michaud

Claude joined DNA Advisors Inc. in 2012 with over 30 years of experience in investment banking and senior finance roles. He has advised and served as Chief Financial Officer in various M&A and financing transactions across sectors including industrials, manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and media.

Before DNA Advisors Inc., he held CFO positions at publicly traded companies like C-Mac Industries, Neurochem, Kangaroo Media, and privately held Groupe Lagassé. Prior to that, he built a career in investment banking at Scotia Capital and TD Securities where he was a Managing Director.
