Senior Advisor – Professional Services
Luc Vincent joined DNA Advisors Inc. in June 2026 as a Senior Advisor in Mergers and Acquisitions, providing support for entrepreneurship through acquisition.
His expertise was developed through five companies that he founded or co-founded in the fields of management consulting, finance, recruitment, compliance, and technology, all of which were successfully transitioned through various succession and ownership transfer models.
He has also held leadership positions within national and international organizations, including Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, where he began his career, and Fujitsu Consulting, where he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Canadian Compliance Services Division following the acquisition of a firm he had founded and led.
An entrepreneur and business builder for over 30 years, Luc Vincent has been involved in the creation, growth, acquisition, and transition of numerous companies—as an entrepreneur, acquirer, seller, and strategic advisor. As a board member of several companies, he is deeply rooted in Québec’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Today, he leverages his experience as a founder, acquirer, and seller to help entrepreneurs prepare for, execute, and accelerate the transfer of their businesses.
