Senior Advisor - Life Sciences
Martin Leblanc joined DNA Advisors Inc. in 2026 as a Senior Advisor in Mergers and Acquisitions covering the life sciences sector.
A seasoned entrepreneur and executive in the life sciences industry, he is the co-founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Caprion Biosciences, where he oversaw operations, technology development, and business strategy. He subsequently served as Chief Executive Officer of CellCarta, a company that evolved from Caprion Biosciences and later became Vice-Chair of its Board of Directors.
Before fully dedicating himself to entrepreneurship, he worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company and held leadership positions at Advanced Bioconcept and NEN Life Sciences.
Throughout his career, Martin Leblanc has served on several boards of directors and investment committees, including those of Caprion, Softbox Systems, Mispro Biotech Services, Prevtec Microbia, Montréal InVivo, C3I and AmorChem.
His expertise spans scientific innovation, technology commercialization, strategic business growth and investment within the life sciences sector.
