Rachel Viens

Rachel Viens joined DNA Advisors Inc. as Vice President – Corporate Development. A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), she brings extensive expertise in corporate finance, strategic development, business valuation, and transaction structuring and execution.

Prior to joining DNA Advisors Inc., Rachel Viens held the positions of Assistant Vice President and subsequently Vice President at KPMG Corporate Finance. In these roles, she advised entrepreneurs, private companies, and investors on strategic transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, financing initiatives, and growth strategies.

She also gained significant experience in investment and financial analysis at PSP Investments and Anges Québec, where she participated in the evaluation of investment opportunities and supported high-growth innovative companies. Rachel Viens began her career at EY, where she developed a strong foundation in accounting, auditing, and financial advisory services.

Rachel Viens holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Accounting from HEC Montréal. She is recognized for her analytical thoroughness, strategic mindset, and results-oriented approach. She works closely with entrepreneurs, shareholders, and investors, providing tailored advice to help them achieve their growth, financing, and value creation objectives.
