Sean Sirois

Mr. Sirois joined DNA Advisors Inc. in 2021 as a Senior Advisor and Dealing Representative, focusing on capital raising for alternative investment funds and mid-sized companies.

He is also Managing Director of Demeter Advisors Inc., which supports companies and managers in addressing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) challenges and responsible investment expectations. He provides advice to funds and corporations in the field of sustainable investing.

Mr. Sirois built his career in global financial markets with Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, and Toronto-Dominion, navigating multiple market cycles. He led the Institutional Clients Group at Deutsche Bank Canada and has extensive, diversified experience working with issuers and investors on public and private debt and equity financings. He has also been a member of Anges Québec, an early-stage investment group, and a partner at Ipsol Capital, a multifactor public equities manager.
